Baltimore woman wanted for murder arrested in Northeast Ohio

MASSILLON, Ohio (WOIO) - U.S. Marshals arrested a 26-year-old Baltimore woman wanted for murder Thursday morning in Massillon.

According to a release and Baltimore police, Unique Thorn, 26, allegedly shot and killed a 31-year-old woman near the 700 block of East Preston Street in Baltimore, Maryland.

Thorn fled Baltimore after the incident and was residing in Massillon, Marshals said.

She was arrested at a home in the 1700 block of Alpha Street NW in Massillon.

Thorn was later booked into the Stark County Jail, where she will await her extradition back to Baltimore.
