Lucky catch: A group of neighbours who had rushed outside with a blanket were able to catch the boy as he lost his grip and fell
One of the neighbours, who reportedly works as a doctor at the local hospital was able to give the boy first aid.
He said: 'His mother rushed up with two kids, while he was still in my hands.
'She did not know what to say or who to, she was shocked, you can understand that. We shouldn't judge her.
