Black History Quiz Bowl Feb. 25

WILMINGTON -- The ninth annual Black History Quiz Bowl will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 25, at the CIS Building on the campus of the University of North Carolina Wilmington. The quiz bowl is co-sponsored by the Juneteenth Committee of Wilmington NC Inc., UNCW Black Student Union, and UNCW National Pan-Hellenic Council.

The event is designed to broaden your perspective on African-American achievements in topics ranging from science, politics, entertainment, inventors, sports, and more. The event will feature local middle schools competing for a trophy on black history.
